The hotel is very clean. Very good service in front desk as well as room service. Everyone is very kind and polite. Beautiful ambiance. We loved the room, small but very cozy. We enjoyed breakfast today at the Lindo México restaurant and it was delicious. I would recommend the hotel to family and friends. I was bummed about service at waterpark. I came so my son could swim and he swam the first day is black water shorts and the next day the same lady wouldn't allow him to swim with the same shorts. What a bummer to explain to him he couldnt swim when he was so excited!

Un excelente lugar para disfrutar en familia alejada del ruido de la cd con un hermoso decorado en todo el lugar con muchas áreas verdes y con acceso al parque acuático sin duda un lugar increíble para ir a divertirse!
